B.M.W의 비젼을 세계에 알리다
(Sharing the Vision of B.M.W with the World)

6월 29일부터 7월 14일까지 B.M.W는 샌안토니오에서 개최된 제 60회 대총회에 참석여서 홍보부스를 운영했습니다. 총 16명의 봉사자들이 아침부터 저녁까지 열심히 B.M.W의 사업을 소개하고 세계 각지에서 온 사람들을 만나서 함께 비젼을 나누었습니다. 이번 활동기간 중에는 특별히 케냐 뚜루까나에 있는 학교에 우물을 파기위한 캠패인을 벌였는데 약 천명의 사람들이 참여하여 $11,000을 후원하였습니다. 하나의 우물을 파기에는 조금 모자라는 금액이었지만 세계 각지에서 온 다양한 국적의 어린아이부터 어르신들까지 B.M.W의 사역에 감동을 받고 동참하길 원했다는 것이 참 의미가 있었습니다. 전세계 B.M.W의 후원자들이 있다는 것이 너무도 힘이 되는 경험이었습니다.

From June 29th to July 14th, B.M.W. has attended the 60th General Conference held in San Antonio and run a promotional booth. Total of 16 volunteers introduced B.M.W to the people from all over the world and shared the vision of B.M.W. from morning till evening. Particularly this time, B.M.W has promoted the fundraising campaign for digging a well in our school in Turkana, Kenya. During the campaign, about a thousand people have participated and donated about $11,000. Although, the amount of donation we got was a little shorter than the cost for digging a well, it was still very meaning to us since many supporters from various countries and age groups were impressed by our mission and have showed their support. It was very exciting moment to realize that B.M.W. has its supporters all around the world.

(A Church that was Built by One Young Man's Conversion)

Waribera Church in Ethiopia could start building the church thanks to the conversion of a young man has Polio. B.M.W helped putting the roof to this beautiful church which we expect to become a center for the mission to the community.

Iglesia Waribera en Etiopía podría iniciar la construcción de la iglesia gracias a la conversión de un joven tiene la Poliomielitis. BMW ayudó a poner el techo de esta hermosa iglesia que esperamos para convertirse en un centro para la misión de la comunidad.

에티오피아의 와리베라 교회는 소아마비를 앓고 있는 한 젊은 청년의 회심으로 인해서 건축되었습니다. B.M.W.는 이 아름다운 교회에 지붕을 지원하였습니다. 앞으로 이 교회가 지역사회를 위한 사명의 중심지가 되길 바랍니다.

에디오피아에서의 두 번의 학교 기공식

(Two Ground Breaking Ceremonies in Ethiopia)

The president of B.M.W., Daniel Kyungsoo Jun, is on a business trip to Africa(August 12th to September 10th). During this period, he will be visiting some of the schools in Kenya and Ethiopia that were established by B.M.W.. He will also participate the groundbreaking ceremonies of three different schools.Last week, B.M.W held two ground breaking ceremonies to build schools in Ethiopia. Sponsored by Joshua Changseok Lee and Georgia Union Korean Church, these schools will be built in Boditi and Sodo area where schools are desperately needed. Soon, the children you see in these pictures will be able sit on the school desks and start fulfilling their dreams. :)

La semana pasada, B.M.W. celebró dos ceremonias de tierra rompiendo para construir escuelas en Etiopía. Patrocinado por Joshua Changseok Lee y Georgia Unión Iglesia coreana, estas escuelas se construirán en Boditi y Sodo Área donde se necesitan desesperadamente escuelas. Pronto , los niños que se ven en estas fotos serán sit poder sobre los escritorio de la escuela y empezar a cumplir sus sueños. :)

지난 주, B.M.W.는 에티오피아에서 두 개의 학교 기공식을 개최했습니다. 이창석 목사님과 조지아 연합 한인 교회의 후원으로 학교가 절실하게 필요했던 Boditi와 Sodo지역에 학교를 지을 수 있게 된 것 입니다. 머지 않아, 오늘 이 사진들 속에 있는 아이들은 학교 책상에 앉아 자신들의 꿈을 이루어 나갈 수 있겠죠? :)
